Since we only visit the property once, it is absolutely essential that the property is prepared for the photo shoot before our arrival. Please use these pointers as a guideline of what to do before scheduling the photo shoot:

• De-clutter the house as much as possible
• Store away items such as:
  • Clothes
  • Toys
  • Boxes
  • Garbage Cans
  • Pet dishes & toys
  • Fridge Magnets, etc.
• Repair all non-functioning light bulbs
• Make the beds
• Mow the lawn
• Clean the pool's surface
• Adding fresh flowers is a plus!

The main purpose is to imagine a house in an architectural magazine. You want to create the same effect, the same wow factor and therefore should remove anything that you might not see in those photo shoots.
