Who takes the pictures?
We take the pictures. We have both full time & freelance professional photographers on our team who specialize in architectural photography. How many photos should I order?
We have many options of how many photos you can purchase. This is directly dependant on the size of the property you want photographed and the number of rooms/areas. You can count the rooms and areas you want included to help you determine which package to purchase. Will you take more photographs than I have ordered?
We usually take some extra photos than what is ordered in your package to give you options. You can go to your management page to select which ones you want to show in the Virtual Tour. How long does it take for the photo shoot to be scheduled?
We will contact you to schedule photography within 48 hours of receiving the order. The photo shoot will be scheduled for a date within 2 to 6 business days depending on your location and the availability of our photography team. What do I need to do to prepare for the photo shoot?
We only visit the location once, so you need to make the property ready for the photo shoot. Please refer to "Photo shoot Essentials" in the "How it Works" section for guidelines. Re-shoots can be scheduled at an additional cost. When will you take measurements for the floor plans?
Floor plan measurements will be taken at the same time as the photo shoot. Interactive tour photos will take 2 to 4 days to get posted and become available. When will my tour be published?
Standard and High Definition virtual tour images are published within 1 to 2 business days after photography has been completed. Interactive tours will take between 3 to 4 business days to complete the floor plan and photos. After a tour is published you can visit your Tour Management page to select photos for the tour and prints, as well edit information and organize their appearance order. When should I order my marketing materials?
As soon as you take a listing. This will allow you enough time to receive the marketing material & have the virtual tour up and running by the time you are listing it on the MLS or have your first open house. What equipment do you use?
All our equipments are top of the line professional DSLR Canon & Nikon cameras and lenses. Even our panoramas are taken with professional equipment, hence the drastic difference with the traditional panoramic photos. When will I receive a proof of my print materials?
Once you have selected the photos to include in the prints and submitted the text, it usually takes us between one to two business days to prepare the proofs. You will have to sign into your account to view the proof and approve it by clicking on the "approve" button and we will then start the printing process. Any change to the prints will require an additional day of processing. When will you deliver my prints?
Prints will be ready for delivery within 48 hours of proof approval. Delivery time differs based on what type of delivery you choose. How long will the whole process take?
The process usually takes between 7 to 12 days depending on which products you have ordered and how quickly you approve your proofs. Can I expedite the process?
Yes. We can expedite the process for a fee. How long do I have before my tour posting expires?
Non residential properties will stay online for one year. Residential tours will automatically deactivate once they are sold or taken off the market. Which states and countries do you cover?
We cover most states in the US and most large cities in Canada and Europe. You can contact us to check if we cover your locations or not. Do I have to pay for hosting?
No. All your high resolution photos will be stored on our servers and are included in your package for up to one year depending on your package. You will not have to purchase any hosting or use any of your computer's resources. Will my visitors need to download or buy any special software?
No. Our virtual tours are fully web-based and there is no need to download or purchase any software. What is your cancellation policy?
We will not charge for any cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled photo shoot. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged $45. Can I connect my virtual tour to my local MLS?
Yes. You can find the link to your virtual tour on your "My Tours" page and provide it to your local MLS. We do partner with many MLS systems in the US and can automatically do this for you. Can I connect my virtual tour to my local MLS?
Yes. You can do this by purchasing the service either when placing an order or later on by going to your "My Tour" page and look for upgrades. We will then automatically add your virtual tour to your listing. It is always a good idea to buy this upgrade when you order your virtual tour. |
